Application Notes
The original antibody was used for immunoprecipitation of the TFR2 protein from SKOV-3 cells. The original antibody was used for an ELISA on the TFR2 protein to confirm it binding affinity. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on cells overexpressing TFR2, this confirmed the cell based binding of the antibody. The binding affinity of this antibody was determined using surface plasmon resonance (US20210147566A1).
