The original antibody was derived from an antibody repertoire obtained from human serum. scFv libraries were constructed and the antibody was isolated by panning against human Tgase II.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA. The original format of the antibody reacted with TGase II from human umbilical cord histological sections in immunofluorescence analysis (WO2006100679A2).
