Immunogen | The original antibody was generated by immunizing BLAB/c mice with human heart fatty acid binding protein isolated from human heart tissue. |
Application Notes | The reactivity of this antibody towards human H-FABP was tested using ELISA. This antibody can be used in combination with another antibody 11F2 for detection of H-FABP in a sample using sandwich ELISA. HF2 is used as coating antibody, and HF10 is labeled with HRP for detection. This antibody combination was also used for the preparation of a myocardial infarction kit for detection of H-FAPB in the sera of 26 patients (CN1978465). |
