The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with purified Capsids of CPV and FPV which were prepared from infected feline cells.
Application Notes
The Fab version of this antibody was crystallized, and its structure was determined (Hafenstein et al., 2009; PMID: 19321620).
