The original antibody was generated by immunizing BP2 (BiozziABH/RijHsd mice) with 0.2 ml of a suspension of 10^8 freshly heat-inactivated NmW bacteria at two weeks intervals.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for the detection of capsular polysaccharides of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup W using an ELISA. This antibody was also used in the development of a rapid test for detecting the capsular polysaccharide (cps) antigen of serogroup W of Neisseria meningitidis (WO2018099972).
