This antibody binds CD45RB and enables B cell (no other lymphoid cells) labelling analyzed by FACS. In addition it can be used fr immunofluorescent staining with FC analysis, IP and IHC of acetone-fixed frozen sections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections.
