Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with CD61.
Application Notes
The antibody specifically detected CD61 protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody AbM58016-19H11-PU and the commercial antibody 2F2 were used to stain bone marrow tissue and spleen tissue. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody AbM58016-19H11-PU was higher than the commercial antibody (CN111454360B).
