The original antibody was raised by panning a phage display library from a patient with active BP against BP180.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for indirect immunofluorescence on the BMZ of human skin. This antibody showed binding on the BP180-NC16A substrate in ELISA. It was shown that this antibody did not shown any pathogenic activity in a model system of human skin (WO2020072937A1).
