Application Notes
The original antibody could block the binding activity of the C-terminal telopeptide region of human collagen I. Biosensor assays of binding interactions of the original format and the Fab fragment of the antibody with procollagen I and the α2Ct were measured (Kd = 663pM for the original antibody and 268nM for the Fab fragment and 21pM for the original antibody and 57nM for the Fab fragment for procollagen and α2Ct respectively) (US20200048333A1).
