The original antibody was generated via   phage display from the Griffin.1 library by screening against Rat liver Golgi   (RLG) complexes derived from rat liver.

Application Notes

The original format of this antibody (scFv)   was successfully used in a Western blot and for in vitro immunofluorescence   staining of the Golgi matrix in HeLa cells (Nizak et al., 2003; PMID:   14617357).
